The shell is usually made of engineering plastics, which can withstand high temperatures, corrosion, and flame retardancy.
The size of the led signal tower can be customized according to actual needs. Common sizes include Φ50, Φ70, Φ80, Φ90 etc. The colors of the LED signal indicator can be adjusted according to actual needs, and the brightness range is usually between 100~5000mcd.
LED signal indicators have a long service life, usually reaching more than 50,000 hours, which can meet the needs of long-term use.

Our products can reach the grade of IP65. It means: when the user installs it correctly, our products can completely prevent dust from entering, which will not affect the normal operation of the equipment, and can prevent touching or approaching the live or rotating parts in the shell; It can also protect the water jet, and the water jet aimed at the equipment from any direction will not affect the use of the product and has no harmful effects.
2.Aluminum pole is made of thickened aluminum alloy, treated with natural oxidation, which is more durable and of higher quality.
The transparent cover is made of PC material, which is made of high polymer PC. It has stronger light transmittance, better impact resistance, UV resistance, and aging resistance.
The base is generally made of PA66 or ABS alloy. It can adapt to harsh environments with normal temperatures ranging from minus 25 to plus 55 degrees celsius and extreme temperatures ranging from minus 40 to plus 70 degrees celsius.
