THE COMMON FAULT OF A PUSH BUTTON AND ITS TROUBLESHOOTING METHOD
◆The protective metal housing of the button is in contact with the connection wire. Thus please check the connection wire inside the button.
◆The gap between the button cap is filled with iron chips to form a path with the conductive part. Thus, please clean the button.
The Stop Button Is Out Of Order. The Circuit Can’t Be Disconnected.
◆Wiring Errors
◆Thread ends are loose or bonded together.
◆Clean the button when the two acting contacts of a stop button form a short circuit caused by too much dust or oil.
◆Bakelite is charred and then the circuit becomes short one.
◆The controlled electric appliances are damaged.
◆The button reset spring is damaged.
◆Poor button contact
