THE COMMON FAULT OF A PUSH BUTTON AND ITS TROUBLESHOOTING METHOD

Electric Shock When You Press The Start Button

1)The protective metal housing of the button is in contact with the connection wire. Thus please check the connection wire inside the button.

◆The gap between the button cap is filled with iron chips to form a path with the conductive part. Thus, please clean the button.

2)The Stop Button Is Out Of Order. The Circuit Can’t Be Disconnected.

◆Wiring Errors

◆Thread ends are loose or bonded together.

◆Clean the button when the two acting contacts of a stop button form a short circuit caused by too much dust or oil.

◆Bakelite is charred and then the circuit becomes short one.

3) The Controlled Electric Appliance Does Not Operate

◆The controlled electric appliances are damaged.

◆The button reset spring is damaged.
